Buying & Orders

Do you offer samples before buying?

Yes. The B2B sample CSV reflects the structure used across every business database on the site — company name, contact name, title, email, phone, city, SIC code, and the supporting fields. Download the B2B sample CSV.

Consumer databases use a different structure — most records contain email, with name and mobile present on a portion of rows. Each product page also shows a live sample table with masked rows so you can preview field coverage before purchasing.

How is the data sourced, and what should I expect on quality?

LeadsBlue compiles raw, real, targeted contact data from public business registries, trade directories, chamber of commerce filings, and interest-based opt-in networks. Lists are refreshed on a rolling quarterly schedule, with consistently bouncing addresses removed over time.

Pricing — roughly one-tenth of fully-managed prospecting platforms — reflects the delivery model. You receive the database as a CSV. Validation, segmentation, and sequencing happen on your side using your preferred tools.

Recommended workflow before sending: validate with NeverBounce or ZeroBounce, segment by SIC code or city, import into Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, or your CRM, then launch. Most buyers see 85–92% deliverability after validation — standard practice for any bulk dataset.

How do I buy an email list?

Add your chosen database to cart, click the cart icon in the top right, and proceed to checkout. The available payment methods are:

  • Bitcoin (BTC)
  • USDT (Tether — TRC20 / ERC20)
  • Perfect Money
  • Payoneer

Credit card and PayPal are not currently available. If you are unsure which method works best for you, the live chat will guide you through it.

How fast is delivery after I pay?

Most databases are instant download. Once the payment confirms, the download link appears on the order confirmation page and arrives by email within minutes. The file is delivered as a ZIP containing both CSV and XLSX versions.

A small number of older listings are processed manually — those typically arrive within 1–6 hours on business days. Weekend or public-holiday orders can take up to 24–48 hours. If a manual order takes longer than expected, email contact@leadsblue.com with the order number.

How do I find the right product on the site?

Use the search bar with a single keyword. Single words return cleaner results than full phrases. Examples that work well:

  • A country — Germany, Canada, UK, USA
  • A vertical — forex, crypto, dentist, real estate
  • A category — gambling, religious, cannabis

You can also browse via the B2B Leads, B2C Leads, and Targeted Leads tabs in the main navigation.

Technical & Files

My CSV file will not open or shows no records.

This is almost always a delimiter or encoding issue with the spreadsheet application. The fix:

  1. Open your spreadsheet app (Excel, LibreOffice, or Google Sheets)
  2. Use Import (not Open) and select the CSV file
  3. Set the delimiter to Comma
  4. Set the encoding to UTF-8
  5. Confirm the import

If you are using Microsoft Excel and the file still misbehaves, open it in Google Sheets or LibreOffice Calc instead — both handle large CSV files more reliably than Excel.

For very large databases (50M+ records), use the CSV splitter (password: 12345) to break the file into manageable parts before importing.

My payment went through but the order shows as cancelled.

This usually means the network fee was not included in the payment amount. Crypto and digital payment processors require the exact amount for the order to match.

If the order total is $45.00 and the network fee is $0.05, the payment needs to be $45.05. Sending exactly $45.00 means we receive $44.95 and the gateway cannot match it to the order automatically.

Check your payment confirmation for the exact amount sent and compare it against the order total including the processing fee. If everything looks correct on your side and the order still shows cancelled, email contact@leadsblue.com with the order number and transaction ID — it gets resolved within a few hours.

How do I get help if live chat is offline?

Live chat covers seven days a week during normal business hours. Outside of those windows — late nights, public holidays, weekend mornings — response times are longer.

If chat is offline, email contact@leadsblue.com. Every email is answered within 24 hours and usually much faster. Include your order number if the question relates to a specific purchase.
