Hi, For some countries and accounts, if you paid with PayPal, you will mostly face these issues, But you have nothing to worry about it, This error is Because your payment is on hold from the PayPal side and not yet received to us even the money was detected from your bank/Paypal account, This error is because our product is a digital product which that didn’t require any shipping we just have to email the download links, But Paypal will ask for the shipping information before it will release the payment.
