Payment is successful, but the order status is shown as cancelled ?

Hello, the issue is that you forgot to pay the transaction fee. For instance, if the order price is $10 and the processing fee is $0.05, you need to pay $10.05, but if you exclude the fee, the payment gateway won’t recognise the transaction because we might only receive $9.95 instead of $10, so you need to pay the exact amount in order to recognise it. and have to include the processing fee along with it.
The file is not opening. Or not showing the records

Yes, I can understand your issue that your file is not opening or might show no records, as shown in the below screen.

So if your issue is the same, then it might be an issue with your spreadsheet settings. We don’t recommend MS Office either, but if you are still facing this issue, we suggest you change the settings in your spreadsheet viewer like in the below screenshot.
