LeadsBlue has been compiling and selling B2B and consumer email databases since 2018. No per-seat subscriptions. No credit limits. Just flat-rate bulk data, instant download, and honest information about what you’re getting.
Why LeadsBlue exists
In 2018, the options for buying a B2B email database were either expensive subscription platforms charging per contact, or shady list brokers selling recycled data with no transparency. Neither worked well for bootstrapped businesses, agencies running client campaigns, or anyone who needed volume outreach at a price that made the numbers work.
We started LeadsBlue with a straightforward idea: compile large, country-specific B2B databases from publicly available business registries, trade directories, and chamber of commerce filings — and sell them at bulk pricing with no per-seat nonsense.
Seven years later that is still exactly what we do. We have not pivoted to SaaS, added a CRM layer, or started charging $800/month. The model is simple: you pay once, you download a CSV, you own the data.
How we got here
How our databases are built
Every database is compiled from publicly accessible sources. We do not scrape social networks, purchase third-party lists, or resell other vendors’ data. Our process:
Companies House (UK), Handelsregister (Germany), SEC EDGAR (US), and equivalent national registries for 140+ countries. These provide verified company names, registered addresses, and in many cases officer details.
Industry-specific B2B directories, chamber of commerce member lists, and trade association databases. These typically include contact person, job title, and business email.
Publicly listed business contact pages, press releases with named contacts, conference attendee lists, and professional network profiles where data is publicly accessible.
For targeted niche lists (Forex traders, crypto investors, gaming audiences etc), records are sourced from community platform registrations, interest-based opt-in networks, and niche audience databases.
We refresh databases on a rolling quarterly schedule. Older data is flagged and removed. That said — we do not individually verify every record in real time. LeadsBlue is bulk pricing: the expectation is that buyers run their own email validation (NeverBounce, ZeroBounce, Millionverifier) before sending. We are transparent about this. It is why our cost-per-contact is 100–500x lower than ZoomInfo.

Compliance and data responsibility
Email marketing compliance is not optional and we take it seriously. Every LeadsBlue product page includes the relevant law for that country’s contacts — not generic boilerplate, but the actual statute that applies.
For B2B outreach in most countries, legitimate interest is an accepted legal basis for contacting corporate email addresses. For consumer email lists, the obligations are stricter — we note this clearly on every consumer database product page. We do not advise buyers on their specific legal position (we are not lawyers), but we provide the framework so buyers can make informed decisions.
All LeadsBlue databases are sourced from publicly available business information. We do not process sensitive personal data categories. Every database includes an unsubscribe mechanism recommendation in the product documentation.
Who uses LeadsBlue
Our customers tend to fall into a few clear groups:
Cold email agencies running outreach on behalf of clients. They need volume at low cost-per-contact, clean enough data to run with minimal prep, and geographic targeting by country or region. LeadsBlue works well for this.
Bootstrapped SaaS founders and small teams who cannot justify a $1,200/month ZoomInfo plan on a tight budget. They need 50,000–200,000 contacts in a specific industry or country, once, for a campaign. A flat-rate download at $45–$149 makes the maths work.
Market researchers and agencies using databases to understand market size, identify companies in a sector, or build prospect maps. The SIC code and company-size fields make this possible without needing a full sales intelligence platform.
Import/export businesses and international traders targeting buyers or suppliers in specific countries. Our country-level B2B databases with city and industry breakdown are used heavily for this.
